Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• State-registered respiratory therapist license (RRT) required or NBRC RRT.
• NRP, PALS, BLS, ACLS certifications required; C-NPT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hemodynamic procedures during transport, including arterial cannulation and cardiac monitoring.
• Ensure transport supplies and equipment are restocked and functional; document procedures and charges.
• Provide neonatal and pediatric transport care with appropriate safety and quality adherence.
• Operate ventilators and assist with airway management and respiratory therapies as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training, precept orientation transports, and quality improvement initiatives.
