Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is hiring a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to work 12-hour night shifts as part of the Respiratory Therapy Unit. The role involves providing routine, emergent, and critical respiratory care to adults and neonates under the supervision of Respiratory Care Management.

A California RCP license and pediatric/neonatal competencies are essential. The position is full-time, with benefits and potential shift differentials.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited College in Respiratory Therapy.
• Training specific to area of assignment.
• California Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within stated timeframes.
• Experience in an acute (routine and critical) respiratory care setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine, emergent and critical respiratory care to adult and neonatal ICU under supervision.
• Work under the direction of Respiratory Care Management.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to coordinate patient care.
