St Mary's Hospital in Joliet, IL is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner II for a full-time night shift. The role involves conducting respiratory therapies and pulmonary diagnostics as ordered, with potential to serve as Lead RCP on shift. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available for qualified candidates.

Required licensure includes RCP and NBRC/RRT within 3 months, plus BLS and ACLS; PALS and NRP to be obtained within specified timelines. Two years of acute care experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required.
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) NBRC or within 3 months of hire.
• BLS certification from the AHA or ARC upon hire and current.
• ACLS certification upon hire and current.
• PALS certification upon hire and current or within 60 days of hire.
• NRP certification upon hire and current or within 60 days of hire.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Two years of acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the provider, with emphasis on assessment, planning, implementation and documentation.
• May be designated as Lead RCP during shift.
