Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for night shift coverage at our Saint Louis, MO facility. You will deliver direct patient care, follow physician orders, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize therapy outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from a CoARC-approved Respiratory Care program, current RCP licensure, and NBRC-credentialed RRT. ACLS is preferred; no prior experience is required. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoARC-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license per state requirements.
• RRT credential from NBRC.
• ACLS preferred.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across respiratory therapies per physician orders.
• Consult with physicians on effectiveness of therapy and adjust plans as needed.
• Serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff in respiratory care.
• Perform duties as assigned.
