Methodist Midlothian Medical Center is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to perform ABG analysis, PFTs, and diverse ventilatory support for adults and neonates. The role requires Texas licensure, NBRC registration, and at least 6 months of experience. NICU experience is preferred.

Work involves on-site care in a hospital setting with standard rotating schedule. Responsibilities include interpreting tests, maintaining equipment, infection control, and contributing to patient safety

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board.
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• At least 6 months of respiratory care experience.
• NICU experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform ABG analysis, PFTs and various forms of ventilator support.
• Provide oxygen and aerosol therapy and bronchial hygiene.
• Care for adults and neonates under supervision of medical director.
• Assemble, operate and troubleshoot cardiopulmonary equipment.
• Interpret CXR, ABG and PFT data; maintain patient records.
