Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days (AHA).
• RRT NBRC certification.
• ACLS within 1 year (AHA).
• RCP NBRC licensure within 6 months (Peoria IL).
• NRP within 1 year (AAP).
• Education: Associate's Degree or Respiratory Therapy Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities across respiratory therapy, non-invasive cardiology, and related duties.
• Ventilator management and maintenance, including alarms and settings.
• Maintains accurate documentation and charting.
• Responds to emergencies and codes; participates in rounds.
• Maintains infection control and safe patient handling.
