Zusammenfassung

Duke Energy is seeking a Training Programs Coordinator to lead instruction planning and alignment for RRE technical training across Solar, Battery Storage, Hydro, Simple Cycle, and Combined Cycle plants. This role partners with site leaders to strengthen training and qualification programs, driving operational excellence across the fleet.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with deep experience in instructional design, energy training, and power plant operations.

Qualifikationen

• Desired qualifications include ADDIE instructional design, strong communication, and experience with training programs.
• INPO certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Simple Cycle and Combined Cycle operations or other generation is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support training across Solar, Battery Storage, Combined Cycle, and Simple Cycle operations.
• Research, evaluate, and align training courses with RRE business practices.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, monitor, and report training activities and participants.
• Administer training products and services to meet company goals.
