Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking an experienced Training Program Lead for the Regulated and Renewable Energy (RRE) fleet in North Carolina. You will design, align, and implement technical training across Solar, Battery Storage, Hydro, and gas turbines, coordinating with site leaders to close knowledge gaps.

The role requires ADDIE-driven instructional design expertise, strong communication, and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience; or 9+ years with Highschool/GED.
• Experience in instructional design and training program development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and alignment of RRE technical training programs across fleets.
• Coordinate with site leadership to implement training and qualifications.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide mitigation plans.
• Stay current on industry practices and deliver stakeholder training.
