Job summary

Duke Energy in the United States is seeking an experienced Training Program Manager for the RRE fleet, covering Solar, Battery Storage, Hydro, Simple Cycle, and Combined Cycle plants. You will align training and qualification programs with fleet requirements, collaborating with site leaders to drive performance improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience (or 9 years with a High School/GED). Hybrid work and significant travel are expected.

• In lieu of degree and experience listed above, Highschool/GED and 9 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports all disciplines of training programs including Solar, Battery Storage, Combined Cycle, and Simple Cycle Operations, Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C Maintenance.
• Researches, reviews and evaluates training courses and skills and determines value and alignment with business practices.
• Plans, schedules, coordinates, monitors and reports training participants' activities.
• Administers training products and services to achieve company goals and stays current with industry training practices.
