Duke Energy seeks an experienced Training Program Specialist to design and align RRE technical training across Solar, Battery Storage, Hydro, and Thermal plants. You will collaborate with site leaders and SMEs to strengthen programs that improve plant performance.

The role requires travel (>50%), a hybrid work arrangement, and experience with ADDIE and instructional design to deliver effective training across the fleet.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related work experience; or high school/GED with 9+ years experience.
• Strong instructional design and program management capabilities.
• Experience with power generation training and large-scale programs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and align training programs for Solar, Battery Storage, and Thermal plants.
• Assess courses, map skills gaps, and develop mitigation plans with SMEs.
• Schedule, monitor, and report training activities and outcomes.
• Stay current with industry and company training practices and trends.
