Upstate Caring Partners in Central New York is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist Assistant to support evaluations and treatment planning within a dynamic care team. You will educate clients and staff, complete documentation, and assist in IPP/IEP coordination while maintaining program regulations.
The role requires an A.A.S. or HS diploma with PT trade certificate, up to one year of experience, lifting ability, and a valid NYS driver's license.
The Registered Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible to assist with program participant evaluations and assessments, educate individuals and team members, complete required documentation, communicate with other health care professionals regarding the IPP/IEP, assist with departmental maintenance and supplies, participate in Agency activities, assist in orientation to the department and assist with equipment adaptation
