Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Polysomnography Tech to support the Sleep Center at Hanover, near Richmond. The role includes polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic patient services under supervision, with emphasis on accurate data collection and patient care.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in neurophysiology or sleep disorders, BLS before patient care, and appropriate state licensure or certifications (RPSGT/RST/SDS). Bon Secours offers competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

• At least one year of experience in neurophysiology or sleep disorders medicine.
• BLS Basic Life Support required before patient care.
• State licensure applicable for Virginia; RPSGT/RST or SDS credential preferred/required as noted.

Mansioni

• Prepare patient and review data to determine testing modalities.
• Operate polysomnographic equipment to obtain diagnostic recordings.
• Document technical reports and review with physicians.
• Monitor test quality and manage resources; maintain clean work area.
• Coordinate scheduling, collect payments, assist with office tasks.
• Maintain continuing education and stay current in the field.
• Perform sleep staging and event scoring per AASM guidelines.
• Troubleshoot polysomnographic and office equipment.
