Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Polysomnography Tech (RPSGT/RST) to work under the Sleep Center leadership, providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. The role involves polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services, and patient education.

The candidate must hold one of the following: RPSGT, RST, or SDS credentialing, with Virginia licensure preferred. High school diploma required; experience in neurophysiology or sleep medicine is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required – high school diploma and clinical credentials emphasized.
• Experience in neurophysiology or sleep disorders medicine is preferred.
• Proficiency with sleep equipment and software is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and explain procedures; review clinical data and set testing modalities.
• Document technical reports and review studies with physicians to resolve discrepancies.
• Administer neurodiagnostic procedures following established protocols; monitor test quality and resources.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, payments, and general office tasks.
• Maintain continuing education to stay current in the neurodiagnostic field.
