Mercy Health’s Sleep Lab is seeking a qualified Technologist to perform polysomnography and related neurodiagnostic services. The role requires coordinating testing, scoring events per AASM guidelines, and maintaining equipment and documentation for physician interpretation.

The candidate will work evenings/nights under Sleep Center leadership, with duties spanning patient preparation, data collection, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure high-quality care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred; required before patient care.
• Must have one of: RPSGT, RST, or SDS credential depending on role.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares patient, explains procedure, and selects testing modalities based on data.
• Documents detailed technical reports for physicians and reviews studies.
• Monitors quality of tests and ensures prudent resource management.
• Coordinates patient scheduling and related office tasks.
• Performs sleep staging and event scoring per AASM guidelines.
• Troubleshoots polysomnographic and office equipment.
