Job summary

Landpoint in Houston, TX is seeking an RPLS Project Manager to lead surveying projects from inception to completion. You will plan, coordinate, and execute complex field surveys while maintaining client communication and quality standards.

The role requires a registered Professional Land Surveyor, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams. Travel to field sites may be required, and you will report to Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferred.
• Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) licensure highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing multiple surveying projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation with clients to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate survey teams, assign tasks, and align goals with project plans.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and procurement of equipment or subcontractors.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to surveying standards in deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and client communications.
