Medical Mutual is seeking an experienced RPG Software Developer with IBM iSeries (AS/400) expertise to support healthcare eligibility, claims, and data integration processes. The role involves modernizing legacy apps and interfacing with data transfers and COBOL components.

The position is hybrid from the Brooklyn, OH area with designated in-office days and on-site requirements. A strong background in RPG IV and RPG Free is preferred, along with collaboration across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years information systems experience.
• Minimum 2 years analysis and design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains applications by writing code per design to meet business rules and security standards.
• Leads on project teams and acts as development lead on less complex subsystems.
• Leads testing, implementation, and break-fix tasks across platforms.
