Job summary
Medical Mutual is seeking an experienced RPG Software Developer to support critical healthcare eligibility and data integration processes in a hybrid role based at the Brooklyn, OH office. The ideal candidate will work on legacy IBM iSeries (AS400) systems, RPG IV and RPG Free, and help troubleshoot and enhance applications while aligning with healthcare standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years information systems experience.
- Minimum 2 years analysis and design experience.
Responsibilities
- Translates user requirements into logical system designs and writes code to meet business rules.
- Acts as development lead on projects or subsystems as needed.
- Leads testing, implementation, and break-fix tasks across multiple platforms.
- Documents technical workflows and system designs and verifies against requirements.
- Collaborates with database and security teams to apply standards.
