Job summary

Frymaster, a Welbilt brand, seeks a Programmer Analyst in Shreveport, LA. The role focuses on maintaining the PRMS platform, enhancing modules, and developing RPG/RPGLE applications to support manufacturing, inventory, and order management.

You will collaborate with operations, supply chain and finance to capture requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate has a BS in Computer Science or related field with 3–5 years of experience (7 years in lieu of degree) and

Qualifications

• BSCS or related major required; 3–5 years of experience, 7 years acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Strong RPG/RPGLE/CL/SQL on IBM i (AS/400) platform; experience with Power BI.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and customize PRMS modules to support evolving business needs.
• Develop RPG/RPGLE applications on IBM i for manufacturing, inventory, and order mgmt.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance and other units to gather requirements.
• Create and maintain technical docs for system customizations and integrations.
• Provide end-user support and training for new applications and features.
• Monitor data flow between enterprise systems and ensure security/compliance.
