Job summary

Frymaster in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Programmer Analyst to maintain and enhance the PRMS platform, and to evolve it to meet changing manufacturing, inventory, and order management needs.

You will develop RPG/RPGLE applications on the IBM i (AS/400), collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance, and create documentation while supporting end users and ensuring reliable data flow across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science, Computer Science or related major.
3-5 years of experience.
7 years' experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain application code.
Identify, prioritize, and implement system enhancements and projects.
Support, monitor, and secure data flow between enterprise systems.
Provide technical support and resolve user application and operational issues.
Monitor ERP system performance, availability, and processing.
Perform system operations, backup, and recovery activities.
