Job summary

Accelirate Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager for its Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. The role involves working on project-based assignments in teams to design, develop, and deploy automated processes.

You will assess process needs, deliver innovative automation, and provide technical advisory to customers. Required are 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles, solid programming background, and experience with UiPath or similar vendor products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical customer-facing roles.
• Strong programming background with languages such as C#, C++, VB, Java, Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with UiPath or other vendor products is highly desired.
• SaaS and Cloud technical background with hands-on digital technologies.
• Prior experience in technical support or technical consulting is a plus.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server infrastructure, IT, networking, and security is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to proactively engage customers, provide technical advisory, and guide automation programs to achieve objectives and elevate scope.
• Conduct design and code reviews for automations to reinforce best practices.
