Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of information technology concepts, application development and/or enterprise system maintenance methodology, terminology, and standards.
• 5 years of systems maintenance and/or programming experience.
• 3 years of expert working knowledge of at least one programming language and/or one enterprise system.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a team focused on maintenance and development of systems and staff modifications.
• Assign, monitor, and review progress and accuracy of work; staff management oversight including hiring and promotions.
• Conduct performance reviews and promote professional development; lead staff growth.
