As both a technical lead and people leader, you’ll guide a team of engineers while partnering closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that enhance the member experience. You’ll help stabilize and modernize Node/React-based platforms, improve delivery predictability and system reliability, and drive meaningful outcomes across cross-functional teams.
