Job summary

Day & Zimmermann seeks a Sr. Analyst, Labor Processing & RPA Support to ensure accurate, timely labor transactions across Yoh and Federal Services.

You will monitor VMS time processing, manage weekly time entries, adjustments, reconciliations, and resolve exceptions in collaboration with payroll, finance, IT, and vendors. This role emphasizes compliance and data privacy while supporting automation workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in labor processing, payroll and timekeeping systems, VMS support, and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 operational support by monitoring VMS time processing and related robotic process automation workflows, serving as the first point of contact for resolving user inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
