Job summary

Significance, Inc. is seeking an RPA Developer Technical Advisor to support Navy automation initiatives in Alexandria, VA. This hybrid role requires a SECRET clearance and collaboration with DoD stakeholders to deliver automated, auditable workflows.

The candidate will develop RPA solutions using UiPath, Python, and SQL, integrate with SharePoint, Excel, APIs, and databases, and participate in Agile ceremonies to drive sprint-level delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional RPA or automation development experience.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Foundational understanding of RPA concepts and production support.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows to automate Navy business processes.
• Translate documented requirements into auditable automated workflows.
• Develop automation solutions using UiPath and other approved technologies.
• Document business processes and participate in requirements-gathering sessions.
• Integrate automation with Navy/DoW systems and data sources; provide error handling and testing.
