Job summary

Significance, Inc. seeks a UiPath RPA Developer Senior Technical Advisor to join our Navy program in Alexandria, VA. This hybrid role requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

The candidate will design, build, test, and support end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, integrate with SharePoint, Excel, SQL and APIs, and mentor junior developers while advancing DoD automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active or interim DoD SECRET clearance and eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship required by contract.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3–6 years of RPA/automation experience with UiPath.
• Proficiency with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Experience delivering end-to-end automation solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong software development fundamentals and best practices.
• Experience with enterprise apps, APIs, databases, Excel, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automations for Navy processes.
• Lead technical discovery with Navy users to identify automation opportunities.
• Design end-to-end automation using UiPath Studio and components.
• Publish and monitor automations via UiPath Orchestrator.
• Integrate automations with Navy/DoD systems, Excel, SharePoint, SQL, APIs.
• Develop Python scripts and SQL queries to enable data processing.
• Create and maintain PDDs, SDDs, specs, test plans, and deployment docs.
• Troubleshoot bot failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage development activities.
• Coordinate with IA/Cybersecurity for compliance.
