Significance, Inc. is seeking an RPA Developer Technical Advisor to join our Navy-supporting team in Alexandria, VA. This hybrid role requires an active SECRET clearance and US citizenship.

You will design, develop, and deploy UiPath-based automation to streamline business processes, data reconciliation, and reporting for DoD customers. You will collaborate with senior engineers and Navy users, implement best practices, and contribute to agile sprints while ensuring security and compliance

Formación

• Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required by contract.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS/IS/Engineering/Data Science).
• 1–3 years of RPA/automation development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath-based RPA workflows for Navy processes.
• Translate requirements from Navy users into automated, auditable workflows.
• Develop scripts in Python/SQL and integrate with Excel, SharePoint, APIs and databases.
• Support UiPath Orchestrator operations, including queues, assets, credentials, and scheduling.
• Document PDDs/SDDs and test results per DoW standards.
• Perform unit and integration testing with senior resources in Agile sprints.
