Job summary

Artha is seeking a DevOps Deployment Engineer to join a hosted contact center automation platform initiative. You will drive deployment automation, manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with DevSecOps, development, QA and operations to ensure smooth releases in dev, test, and production.

You will implement monitoring, logging, and alerting, maintain runbooks, and stay aligned with best practices in cloud infrastructure and automation trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in DevOps or similar role focusing on deployment automation and infra management.
• Experience scripting with Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (prefer AWS).
• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DevSecOps to build, automate, and support deployment pipelines and IaC solutions.
• Plan and coordinate product releases, hot fixes, and service packs across environments.
• Improve deployment processes to make releases faster, reliable, and scalable.
• Support monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure system health and performance.
• Investigate and resolve deployment issues with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain deployment runbooks and best-practice guides.
