Job summary

Artha is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and automation that supports software deployment, system administration, and CI/CD processes. You will collaborate with development teams to automate infrastructure and maintain secure, scalable environments.

The role requires hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required.
DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification required or equivalent.
Experience with VMware, Nutanix, or Red Hat OpenStack.
Experience administering Linux/Windows Server environments.
GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Docker and Kubernetes experience.
Ansible for configuration management.
Active Directory experience.
Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage hyperconverged cloud infrastructure.
Develop and maintain automated deployment scripts using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Collaborate with software development teams to automate deployment processes.
Design and implement automation using Bash, Python, PowerShell, and Ansible.
Test and validate automation for reliability and performance.
Monitor infrastructure and track changes.
Administer virtualization and cloud platforms.
Deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and infrastructure automation.
