Job summary

Artha is seeking a DevOps Deployment Engineer to join a hosted contact center automation platform initiative. You will drive deployment automation, manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with DevSecOps, development, QA and operations to ensure smooth releases in dev, test, and production.

You will implement monitoring, logging, and alerting, maintain runbooks, and stay aligned with best practices in cloud infrastructure and automation trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in DevOps or similar role focusing on deployment automation and infra management.
• Experience scripting with Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (prefer AWS).
• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI.

Project Description

The project focuses on deployment, automation, and infrastructure operations for the client's hosted contact center automation platform. The DevOps Deployment Engineer will work with technically complex environments, supporting application installations, upgrades, releases, hot fixes, and service packs across development, testing, and production. The role involves close collaboration with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, maintain CI/CD pipelines, support infrastructure automation, and ensure reliable monitoring, alerting, and logging for production environments.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to build, automate, and support deployment pipelines and IaC solutions;

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role, ideally with focus to deployment automation and infrastructure management;
• Experience writing scripts or automations using Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar languages;
• Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes;
• Familiarity with one or more cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, preferably AWS;
• Working knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef;
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar platforms;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in distributed environments;
• Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment;
