South Geeks LLC is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join a remote, long-term engagement with a biotech client advancing immune-driven medicine. The role focuses on designing, building, and supporting UiPath automation workflows to free teams for higher-value work.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, create PDD/SDD, configure Orchestrator, and ensure security and governance. Candidates should have 4+ years UiPath experience, strong knowledge of UiPath Studio/Orchestrator/REFramework, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UiPath development experience.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Experience with APIs, Excel automation, PDF processing, email automation, and web applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and develop UiPath workflows, bots, and automation components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope.
• Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Configure UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and management.
• Build reusable automation components and follow best practices.
• Perform unit and integration testing, and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues.
• Monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards.
• Support production deployments and hypercare activities.
