Job summary

Ignite Digital in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design and implement UiPath automation for government clients, blending technical delivery with client-focused analysis.

You will lead the automation lifecycle from discovery through deployment, prepare documentation for decision-makers, and help advance enterprise automation initiatives. Requires 3+ years IT, 1+ year RPA, a BS degree and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT with 1+ years RPA experience on UiPath or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, math, or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering RPA project deliverables and related documentation.
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RPA solutions for clients using industry frameworks and best practices.
• Lead data collection, consolidation, and analysis to assess automation potential.
• Develop, test, and deploy UiPath RPA solutions within client environments.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and documentation to support decisions.
• Recommend standards and infrastructure for end-to-end RPA lifecycle.
• Provide training to strengthen the automation team’s skills.
