Job summary

Ignite Digital Federal Services in San Diego, CA seeks a RPA Developer to design and implement automations that support government clients. You will map processes, deploy bots, and present actionable results to government stakeholders.

The role is hybrid with 2–3 onsite days in San Diego. Requirements include 1+ years of RPA experience (UiPath preferred), a technical degree, strong communication, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of RPA experience in UiPath or similar platform.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, math, finance, tech/business management, or equivalent curriculum.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present technical concepts.
• Experience delivering RPA project deliverables and documentation.
• Analytical, problem-solving and quick to learn new tech.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RPA solutions for clients using industry frameworks and best practices.
• Lead collection, analysis to assess automation potential and prep clients for implementation.
• Develop, test, and deploy UiPath RPA solutions within customer environments.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for client decision making on RPA initiatives.
• Recommend standards and infrastructure supporting end-to-end RPA lifecycle.
• Provide training to strengthen the automation team's skills.
