Job summary

Ignite Digital seeks an experienced RPA Developer to join our team, supporting automation and digital transformation for government and defense environments. You will translate business processes into effective automation solutions, primarily using UiPath, working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in IT, UiPath / RPA experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an IT-related field.
• 1+ years of hands-on automation/development; UiPath experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Math or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience documenting automation solutions and providing analyses.
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop attended and unattended automation within customer environments.
• Configure and manage automation workflows and integrations.
• Support full RPA lifecycle from discovery to maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation and client-ready recommendations.
• Support RPA standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate automation options.
• Provide guidance and training to strengthen client and team capabilities.
