Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a senior RPA Lead with 10+ years of UiPath experience to design, develop, test, deploy and support end-to-end automation solutions. You will lead onshore and offshore teams, create PDD/SDD documents, and collaborate with Business Analysts to identify automation opportunities in healthcare environments.

The role requires strong debugging and optimization skills, production support experience, and effective stakeholder communication within an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• Experience leading RPA projects and managing development teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience creating PDD (Process Definition Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents).
• Ability to assess business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Worked closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator for bot development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Healthcare domain experience is preferred, especially in compliance and health data handling.
• Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting production bots and resolving issues during UAT and post-production phases.
• Skilled in risk management, stakeholder communication, and project delivery.
• Experience providing knowledge transfer and support to business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage both onshore and offshore teams and ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities
