Job summary

Ethereum Technologies seeks a senior RPA developer with deep UiPath expertise to design, build, test, deploy and support end-to-end automation across multiple business functions.

You will lead onshore and offshore teams, work with Business Analysts to capture requirements, and produce PDD/SDD documents. You will mentor peers and ensure robust bot performance in production environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automation.
• Experience leading RPA projects and managing teams in Agile.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.
• Experience producing PDD and SDD documents.
• Experience supporting production bots during UAT and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RPA projects and manage onshore/offshore teams.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and define requirements.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to business and technical staff.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize bot performance.
• Ensure production bots operate smoothly during UAT and post-production.

Job Description

• 10+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end-to-end automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator for bot development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Experience creating PDD (Process Definition Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents)Ability to assess business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Worked closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Experience leading RPA projects and managing development teams in an Agile environment.
• Healthcare domain experience is preferred, especially in:
• Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting production bots and resolving issues during UAT and post-production phases.
• Skilled in risk management, stakeholder communication, and project delivery.
• Experience providing knowledge transfer and support to business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage both onshore and offshore teams and ensure timely project delivery.
