Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking a skilled RPA Developer in Jersey City, NJ to design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation solutions. You will automate repetitive processes, analyze workflows, gather requirements, and create PDD/SDD documentation.

The role requires hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, strong debugging skills, and collaboration with analysts, QA, and IT teams. Army of security best practices and Agile participation are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflow design, and automation lifecycle.
• Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of variables, loops, conditional logic, exception handling, and debugging.
• Experience with Excel automation, email automation, and file processing.
• Understanding of SQL and database connectivity.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and application integration.
• Experience with source control, testing, and deployment practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate business workflows.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and prepare process documentation.
• Develop automation workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Create reusable components, libraries, and automation frameworks.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and bot validation.

• Monitor bot performance and optimize workflows for reliability and efficiency.
