Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Pega Robotics to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Pega Robotics Studio, RPA workflow development, production support, troubleshooting, and integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement RPA solutions using Pega RPA/Robotics.
• Build and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and business rules using Pega Robotics Studio.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Owners.
• Integrate Pega RPA solutions with enterprise applications and systems.
• Monitor bot performance and implement enhancements for stability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to RPA bots.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) documentation for known and unknown issues.
• Handle production support, incident management, change requests, and RCA.
• Participate in on-call and weekend support when required.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Pega RPA development and support experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Pega Robotics Studio.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, or Java.
• Experience integrating Pega RPA with enterprise applications.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with incident and change management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and provide weekend/on‑call support.

Preferred Skills:

• Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) or higher.
• Experience with Pega Robotics migration/upgrade projects.
• Exposure to UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, VBScript, or Python scripting.
