Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Philadelphia is seeking an accomplished RPA Developer/Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.

You will work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and guide both onshore and offshore teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable automation, with Healthcare domain experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end-to-end automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator for bot development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Ability to assess business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Experience leading RPA projects and managing development teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead RPA projects and manage development teams in an Agile environment.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions.
• Provide production support and resolve issues during UAT and post-production phases.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Mentor onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Job Description:
10+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
Strong experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting end-to-end automation solutions.
Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator for bot development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Experience creating PDD (Process Definition Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents)Ability to assess business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Worked closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
Experience leading RPA projects and managing development teams in an Agile environment.
Healthcare domain experience is preferred, especially in:
Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Experience supporting production bots and resolving issues during UAT and post-production phases.
Skilled in risk management, stakeholder communication, and project delivery.
Experience providing knowledge transfer and support to business and technical teams.
Ability to manage both onshore and offshore teams and ensure timely project delivery.
