Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering process automation solutions in financial services.

• Strong scripting skills in Python, VBA, or SQL.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management Operations processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities and document requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation using RPA tools.
• Support UAT, rollout, and operational readiness for deployments.
• Provide training and drive adoption among operations staff.
• Monitor production automations and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
