Job summary

Lab Consulting Partnership is seeking a Management Consultant specialized in Data Science and Robotic Process Automation to lead end-to-end process improvement engagements with Fortune 1000 clients across North America. The role focuses on identifying bottlenecks, mapping current and future state processes, and delivering automation solutions using RPA/AI tools.

You will work closely with business units and IT, manage workstreams, present findings to executives, and create clear acceptance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, process improvement, or consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive level workstreams and project delivery.
