Job summary

PrideGlobal’s client seeks an Automation & Data Analytics Associate to drive automation initiatives within Wealth Management Operations. You will design and implement scalable automation using UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx, Python, and SQL.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on automation experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) in Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY. It’s a 12-month temp-to-perm contract with competitive $60–$65/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering process automation solutions.
• Advanced technical proficiency with RPA platforms and automation tools such as UiPath and Power Automate, plus scripting in Python, VBA, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities by partnering with operations to assess workflows and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx, Python, VBA, and SQL.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with clear acceptance criteria and alignment to controls.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, and production readiness for reliable implementations.
• Provide production support by monitoring workflows, troubleshooting, and performing root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining automations and sharing reusable components.
