Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 3+ years of RPA / Intelligent Automation experience.
- Strong experience in Process Discovery and Requirements Gathering.
- Experience creating: PDD, Process Maps / Workflow Diagrams, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and RPA tools.

Seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst to support the client automation initiative. The BA will work with business stakeholders and automation teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, create process documentation, and support delivery of Power Automate/RPA solutions
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 3+ years of RPA / Intelligent Automation experience.
- Strong experience in Process Discovery and Requirements Gathering.
- Experience creating:
- Process Definition Documents (PDD)
- Process Maps / Workflow Diagrams
- User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- Hands-on experience supporting projects using:
- Microsoft Power Automate
- UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
- Experience conducting Automation Feasibility Assessments.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting UAT, testing, and deployment activities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Banking, Mortgage, Lending, or Financial Services experience.
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, UiPath BA, or Automation Anywhere BA certification
- Identify and assess automation opportunities.
- Conduct process discovery workshops.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Prepare PDDs and process documentation.
