Job Description

We are seeking an RPA Business Analyst to elicit and document detailed requirements for RPA projects. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You'll Do

As an RPA Business Analyst (UiPath), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful RPA implementations.

What You'll Need

Required:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years as an RPA Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certification in RPA (such as UiPath Certified RPA BA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with process modeling and workflow automation tools; familiarity with Agile methodologies.
