This role represents the interests of stakeholders, sponsors, and potential users, ensuring solution decisions align with strategy. It involves vetting, preparing, executing, and delivering Features and User Stories, collaborating to meet customer needs, and maintaining a ready backlog. The role communicates the strategic vision and outcomes to Delivery Teams and embodies the voice of the customer.

Essential Job Functions

1. Ensure product decisions align with the organization's strategy and communicate this vision to teams.
2. Help define success criteria and desired outcomes for Epics.
3. Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
4. Balance capacity and demand to provide solution options.
5. Maintain a backlog of actionable work with clear Acceptance Criteria.
6. Represent the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs.
7. Conduct user interviews to understand customer problems.
8. Prioritize work according to strategic direction.
9. Ensure work in releases aligns with the strategic vision.
10. Identify and manage risks and impediments.
11. Coordinate product releases and change management activities.
12. Prepare and communicate release notes to clients or internal users.
13. Create and monitor metrics to improve processes and verify progress.
14. Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying business impacts.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and OS.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Proficiency in vetting, preparing, executing, and delivering User Stories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience conducting user interviews and research.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization techniques.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
• Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and SitusAMC’s principles.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

The annual salary range is $100,000 - $115,000, with compensation determined through interviews and relevant factors. Certain positions may be eligible for bonuses and benefits, including PTO, holidays, health insurance, and 401K.
