What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, maintain, and support programming enhancements related to an internal software product
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for the software product
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external customers to assess and document needs
- Solve complex problems and conduct moderately complex analyses with minimal guidance
- Act as a technical resource while translating concepts into practice through design and coding

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analyst role
- 2+ years of SQL Server experience, including creating queries, joins, and stored procedures
- 2+ years of experience in Object-Oriented programming
- 1+ years of experience in reporting and developing dashboards
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to write complex formulas

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Intermediate programming knowledge in C#, VBA, and Visual Basic scripting
- Experience or exposure to Mongo database
- Familiarity with APIs and experience documenting technical requirements
- Experience working with XML and JSON documents
- Knowledge of Alteryx and/or Power BI
