Job summary

OCT Consulting LLC seeks an experienced RPA Business Process Automation Specialist to analyze and automate federal processes. The role focuses on identifying automation opportunities, designing RPA solutions, and ensuring best practices in development and deployment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience, UiPath certifications, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. On-site in Washington, DC with limited remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience includes business process automation, requirements analysis, and RPA solution design.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting federal government agencies.
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or UiARD/UiADP certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and document Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• Ensure best practices are followed in RPA development and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance on implementation of RPA solutions.
• Support business transition services by improving operational efficiency through automation.
