Job summary
OCT Consulting, LLC is seeking an RPA Business Process Automation Specialist to advance automation initiatives for a federal client. The role emphasizes process analysis, RPA design, and deployment best practices across programs in Washington, DC, with on-site work predominating and occasional off-site remote work allowed.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of related experience with a BA/BS or 2 years with an MA, plus UiPath certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or Master's degree (MA/MS) with specified years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or two years with a Master's.
- Eight years of relevant experience may substitute for a formal degree.
- Experience in business process automation and RPA solution design for federal clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Design and document Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Ensure best practices in RPA development and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance on RPA implementations.
- Support business transition services by improving operational efficiency via automation.
