Job summary

MWResource is seeking a Process Automation Specialist in Columbus, OH. This 12-month contract role is remote or hybrid, designed to design, develop and implement automation solutions using Visual Studio, Pega, Access and SQL, in support of customer contact center goals.

The contractor will test, validate and implement RPA solutions, review needs, and liaise with IT, with some on-call and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in computer programming/management.
• 1-3 years of experience developing applications in a corporate environment.
• Enhanced knowledge of CIS and/or DIS.
• Advanced skills with personal computers, data base management, and software such as M365 Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, code, unit test, debug, and implement RPA solutions.
• Review and analyze organizational needs and goals to determine future impacts to applications and systems.
• Support leaders in testing and/or developing test plans.
• Perform validation testing pre and post technology changes.
