Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking a Process Automation Specialist to design, develop, test, implement, and support automation and application solutions in a Customer Contact Center environment. This role requires hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Pega, Access, SQL, VBA, and RPA.

The ideal candidate balances development with testing and production support. Some nights and weekends may be required; remote/hybrid work arrangements are available, with onsite days Tue–Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Computer Programming, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience developing applications in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Experience developing, testing, or supporting business applications or automation solutions.
• Enhanced knowledge and understanding of CIS and/or DIS.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to independently complete assigned tasks while balancing development, testing, and production support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, test, debug, and implement process automation and application solutions.
• Develop RPA solutions to improve efficiency in Customer Contact Center operations.
• Create or enhance solutions using Visual Studio, Pega, Access, SQL, VBA, and Microsoft 365; RPA platforms.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions and identify automation opportunities.
• Document automation workflows, logic, requirements, and support procedures.
• Support production validation following deployments or system changes.
• Balance development with ongoing testing and production support needs.
