Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an Application Analyst I in Charlotte, NC. This W2 contract role on a 12-month engagement involves designing and developing automation processes using Tungsten Automation, with after-hours on-call rotation.

The position requires an Associate Degree and 2 years of application development experience, plus scripting familiarity and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 1 year in Application Analyst or server administrator role preferred.
• Two years of application development experience preferred.
• Exposure to automation software or processes is a plus.
• Scripting language experience desired.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Demonstrates maturity, confidence and assertiveness when needed.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop efficient automation processes with well-structured and easily maintainable code.
• Advanced trouble-shooting skills to remove technical roadblocks in automation development.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with business users and maintain technical documentation.
• Act as support contact for RPA software and resolve related issues.
• Maintain services, monitor system health, and continually look for improvements.
• Collaborate with team members, product owners, and developers.
